Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary
This position serves as a strategic leader responsible for designing and executing enablement initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. The role requires a dynamic professional who can translate complex business priorities into scalable programs, tools, and processes that empower teams across the organization to perform with clarity and consistency. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, this individual will partner with diverse stakeholders including Business Operations, Program Management, and recruiting teams to ensure alignment, drive adoption, and foster continuous improvement. The position demands someone who can build trust with leadership, influence without direct authority, and serve as a strategic advisor who surfaces insights that inform critical business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies that support operational priorities and drive measurable outcomes against organizational goals
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve team readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across the organization
* Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption and sustained impact
* Oversee operations to ensure smooth functioning while identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing robust solutions to streamline processes
* Build and maintain enablement frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to operational workflows and team needs
* Partner with central operations teams to establish appropriate reporting mechanisms to track and report on key performance indicators
* Act as a strategic advisor to leadership by monitoring performance data and surfacing actionable insights and recommendations
* Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across teams to promote consistency and excellence
Requirements
* 10 plus years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles
* Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational environments
* Experience working in matrixed or global organizations
* Background in strategic planning or business transformation initiatives
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
* Program management and strategic planning expertise
* Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Enablement content design and training program delivery
* Change management and adoption strategy development
* Data analysis and performance monitoring
* Operational framework implementation including OKRs and automation tools
* Business intelligence tools such as PowerBI
* Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
* Strategic thinking and business transformation experience

* Location: Remote
* Duration: 6 months
* Pay Range*: $47 - $53.50 per hour
* Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
* Job Status: Non-Exempt
